YOUR CREW. YOUR DATA.
Privacy at Pin-etration
This team site helps five bowlers confirm whether they can make Thursday league night. Here is what it uses and who can see it.
Google sign-in
When you sign in, Google gives this site your verified email address and a Google account identifier. We use them only to match you to the bowler slot assigned by the captain and keep you signed in. The site does not request access to your Gmail inbox, contacts, Drive, or calendar.
Team check-ins
The site stores your “I’ll be there” or “Need a sub” choice for each league date. Signed-in teammates can see the team’s choices so they can plan for subs. The captain can update anyone’s choice.
Roster emails and cookies
The captain adds each bowler’s Google email to the roster. Only the captain can view those roster email addresses in the site. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps a Google-signed-in bowler logged in for up to 30 days. Signing out clears it.
Storage and removal
Roster assignments and check-ins are stored in the site’s database. A bowler or the captain can clear a check-in, and the captain can remove a roster email. To request removal of your data or ask a privacy question, contact the team at danielkjennings@gmail.com.
